Strongly rooted in the service industry, Laundry Pro of Florida has the know-how and resources for all your parts and service needs. We understand equipment breakdown quickly impacts production and profits. That's why our staff is there when you need us most!
Service
Understanding the importance of a speedy response to a service call, our headquarters is centrally located in Lakeland, FL. To cut down on response time, we use the services of several technicians strategically located throughout our market. All of our technicians have fully stocked vans.
Our warehouse stocks the full line of Dexter and Continental Girbau parts along with parts for several other brands of equipment. Laundry Pro of Florida guarantees service after the sale for all of our ancillary items.
Parts Department
Our parts sales and service desk is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
We offer a 25% discount on Continental and Dexter in-stock parts and a 40% discount on all Dexter and Continental non-stock parts. Generous discounts on parts for other brands are also given.
Orders placed by 2:30 for in stock parts are guaranteed for shipment the same day. Drop ship orders from our manufacturers for non-stock items placed by 2:30 will also be ordered the same day.
We ship UPS only and offer Next Day Red, Second Day Blue, 3rd Day Delivery & Ground. Shipping inside the state of Florida gets product weighing under 70# to our customers next day, using UPS Ground, with rare exception. UPS also gives us a way of tracking those occasional shipments that go awry.
